  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across the UK, with estimated delivery times of 2 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over £15 qualify for free standard shipping within the UK.
  • Tracking: All UK orders include tracking, which will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

2. International Shipping

  • Available Destinations: We ship to select countries outside the UK. Please check availability at checkout, as certain regions may have restrictions.
  • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary by country and typically range from 5-7 business days. Please note that customs processing can impact these estimates.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and any other applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs at checkout.
  • Tracking and Insurance: International orders generally include tracking; however, service availability may differ by region.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24 business hours after purchase. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Once dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

4. Shipping Rates

  • UK Shipping: Shipping rates for domestic orders are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen.
  • International Shipping: Rates for international orders are calculated based on destination and package weight. These rates will appear at checkout.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • Domestic Orders: If your UK order is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us at contact@scandiscents.com, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund, as applicable.
  • International Orders: For lost or damaged orders shipped outside the UK, we will issue a refund after a thorough investigation. Replacements are not available for international orders.

6. Returns and Refunds
